A mock-up design is provided for approval up to 7 business days after placing an order, check messages regularly for updates.
7 to 10 business days for the skirt set (some cases, longer depending on the season).
Rush orders are available (rush fee will be applied)

ALL CUSTOM ORDER SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. However, we are human and mistakes happen. Please contact us to allow us to rectify the issue.

Third-Party Shipping: Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for any delays or mishandling that may occur. This includes, but is not limited to, delays caused by weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Insurance: Each package is insured to provide peace of mind. In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact me immediately so I can assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Assistance with Claims: I will provide all necessary documentation and support to help you file a claim with the shipping carrier. However, please be aware that the resolution of such claims is subject to the policies and procedures of the shipping carrier.

The items arrive and communication was good, a little too good. It was a surprise gift, however my daughter received an email about the items arrival with a stock picture of the item! Despite this my daughter was super excited and happy and grateful. She found shoes that compliments the colors of the skirt and sweater and it’s ready for wear!!! Thank you!
